Escape to the black-sand beaches of Panama to renew and energize the body, mind, and spirit! This transformative retreat offers daily beachside practices of restorative and vinyasa yoga, healing yoga dance with LIVE percussion, and meditation to release stagnant energy, uplift the vibration of love, and ignite your inner power.
For six days and six nights we will RESTORE with movement, nourishing food, hammock naps, and ocean dips, and EXPLORE with surfing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, bike riding, and more!

Prepare for your retreat
Please book your flight to Panama City(PTY) to arrive on JUNE 22ND. You will need to book accommodations at one of the hotels below and take a taxi there from the airport. This can be arranged as a group as the date nears.
On the morning of JUNE 23RD, there is a complimentary shuttle service from Panama City to Sansara, pick-ups will begin at 9:00 a.m. sharp. Pick up is available ONLY from the hotels recommended below. If you are a resident living in Panama City, or you are not able to stay at one of our recommended hotels, but want to use the transportation, please take a taxi and meet at The American Trade Hotel. Enjoy a nice breakfast prior to starting our journey, and pack a few extra snacks and water for the ride. It is a long travel day, and we want to ensure it is an enjoyable one.
Departure from Sansara on JUNE 29th, will be at 8:30am. Please book a returning flight that leaves no earlier than 5:00pm to ensure you are there on time. The shuttle will stop in Panama City, in case you are planning to stay longer, and PTY Airport.
